Friday Dinner with the HopeKids Group..

Had an awesome dinner with the HopeKids Group today.. Went to Siglap to eat the Fu Lin Yong Tou Fu.. Not bad.. Like the sauce very much..

Then after dinner went to this place where they sell cheese cakes.. Not bad lehzz the cakes.. Then Hong Teck talk one big round then in the end said gather today is also want to celebrate my belated birthday with me.. Haha.. So nice of them.. Then the cake they treat me lor.. So nice ar.. And they wrote me a card too..

After the dessert, Kelvin and Yung offered to drop me off at Paris Ris where I took bus 109 home.. Save me quite abit of time.. Thank God for them..

The Dinner..

Okay.. So how was the dinner? The dinner was great..! Haha.. The food was okay.. But the time spent with family is thankfully much much better.. Haha.. Then got some "Ang Bao" as present from my aunties and uncle.. LOL.. Like old many liao nowadays.. Take "Ang Bao" as birthday present.. Haha..

Looking forward to tomorrow morning's QT.. It'd be a time for me to do a stock-take on my walk with God for this 1, 1/2 years so far.. See you people around!!! Woot!!!

Haha!!! HopeKids service today..

Wow.. Yet another wonderful day.. That Eilton today use mic to sabo me go up stage for the birthday and welcome segment lor.. Argh.. Then I was ask to pick a gift hidden under some cup.. Naturally, the teacher goes last la.. Haha.. Got a KungFu Panda keychain.. LOL.. So cute ar..

Then today help auntie Jane send Natalie home.. Wah.. Headache ar the Natalie.. Sometimes very mischievous one lehzz.. Haha.. Later going for dinner with my whole family.. Celebrate my birthday with me over a dinner.. They shouldn't have lor.. Haha.. Waste money only..

Birthday Party?

Okay.. First of all.. Its not really a party la.. But after service just now, we went to celebrate Xue Ting's birthday, which was one day before mine.. Whole TP district celebrated for her.. Haha.. Of course, there was a bit of forfeit that kinda of stuff.. So, sometimes really thankful that I'm not some leader in a sense that when my birthday comes, I wouldn't get sabo also.. Haha.. But NoNo.. Thats not good, I should be aiming to do more for God..

Okay.. So after the celebration, the guys suppose to go Center Point Long John Sliver to eat de.. Suppose la.. Then walk half way change course to Meridian behind there to do something really non-sense.. That Nicolas ar.. By then I still don't know whats happening then I'm dumb le la seriously.. They got me a cake, and prayed for me.. Awesome enough le.. Jun Wei did a little affirmation for me.. Then my care group gave me a card each, with their wishes for me on it.. Chan gave me a Cross necklace.. Not really a necklace kinda guy, but still thank God for his gift.. Thank God for the brothers..

Then hor.. In the end walk to Old MacDonald House there the Long John Sliver to have dinner.. Wah.. A lot of walking lehzz.. After dinner, I got to go home, cause later the next morning I got HopeKids.. Haha.. Then guess what.. Outside Long John Sliver I ran into this girl called Mei Yi.. That girl hor saw me then was like blur blur de the face.. Then at the corner of my eye I saw her searching her bag for something.. I pretend like I never see la and talked to my people.. Then finally after abit of searching, she came to me and pass me a envelop..Haha.. Was waiting for it.. LOL!!! But not bad ar.. Got design on it.. Then what "unknown person" la.. Haha.. See also know only she will do this kinda of thing.. Not bad ar.. The longest card I've received so far.. 4 post cards long.. So who say you not good with words de.. You can if you want to de lor.. Haha!!!

But above all these things, I really am thankful for God.. For placing people like the above mentioned people in my life.. Though its a very simple 21th birthday celebration, but because of that, I was able to reflect on what is a birthday all about.. At the end of the day, though gifts and cards and an awesomely huge party would be great, the core of it all is that at the end of the day, it is still a day for us to remember our creator, our awesome God..

And as people like to say.. "No God No You le.."

Woot..

My Grandma just called me just now and told me she won a little bit of lottery.. Woot.. Good for her.. Then she say want to ask me go eat dim sum buffet with her on Sunday which is tomorrow.. Sadly I can't.. Cause there is Hopekids in the morning, and the water baptism in the later part of the day.. After that is work work.. Shall try to make time for her next week.. Then she say my relatives wants to throw me a 21th Birthday Party.. I say don't want la.. Not the party hosting kinda person.. Then she say want to give a $100 of the prize money.. I said keep it yourself and use la.. Go holiday or something.. Thank God for my Grandma.. But I shan't take her money..

Junior Primary Teacher Retreat!!!

Wow!!! First of all.. Thank God for Wan Yueh for treating us to dinner!!! The dinner was great and we had lots of fun.. Sharing our experiences with the children and our life.. Wow.. Thank God for all this.. Thank God for everything!!!
